Website content is general information and may be changed without notice. Product availability, pricing, MOQ, lead time, shipping time and service scope are not final until confirmed in writing.

Quotations and orders

A website inquiry does not create a purchase contract. Each project is governed by the accepted quotation, invoice, service agreement, product specification, inspection plan and shipping terms.

Supplier and product decisions

Supplier recommendations are based on available information and project requirements. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing samples, specifications, compliance needs, intellectual-property issues and the suitability of products for their market.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates depend on production, carrier capacity, customs, destination, weather and other factors. Import duties, taxes, permits and local compliance are the buyer’s responsibility unless written terms state otherwise.

Buyer protection

Any damage compensation or buyer-protection benefit applies only when explicitly confirmed in writing for an eligible order. The buyer-protection page is a summary; the accepted project agreement controls.

Prohibited products

Panda X Sourcing may decline any product that is illegal, restricted, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing or unsuitable for the intended destination.
