The protection is designed for verified product damage that occurs while eligible goods are under Panda X Sourcing’s direct handling. Eligibility must be confirmed in writing before payment.

What may be covered

Eligible goods with a declared value below US$1,000
Verified physical product damage while under Panda X direct handling
Damage supported by inspection, packing and claim evidence
Cases accepted under the written project agreement

What you must provide

Order and payment reference
Clear photos or video of the damage
Outer carton and shipping-label evidence
Quantity affected and claimed product value
Claim submitted within the agreed time window

Important limits

Compensation cannot exceed verified product loss
Freight, duty, lost profit and indirect losses are excluded unless agreed
Carrier damage may require separate shipping insurance claim
Fragile or high-risk goods may require special packing or insurance

Claim process

Four steps for a documented review.

Report promptly

Notify Panda X within the claim period stated in the written order agreement.

Preserve evidence

Keep the product, packaging, carton, labels, photos and videos available for review.

Verify responsibility

Inspection and shipping records are reviewed to determine where the damage occurred.

Agree the remedy

Approved cases may be resolved by replacement, credit, partial compensation or refund.
